safe your eyes

Hey guys, do you have any ideas how to safe I mean protect our eyes from the computer, I mean you work in front of computer or your laptop for any longer times because what you guys should know since I have been spent my time a long day just in front of my laptop, I thought you already felt what I feel right now if we spent our time for a long day just in front of computer. any ideas guys for protection our eyes?

Hi ardhidoank, I use multi coated eyeglasses and monitor filter to protect my eyes from the computer. Before i dont use any of these then my eyes became teary and blurred. Also I close my eyes for a few minutes every hour to rest and relax eyes. Drinking alots of water has a big helps to moistorized the eyes and prevent from any itchiness and dryness.

I saw in Wal-Mart the other day, amber coloured glasses that were supposed to that.
