I cried before going but I went, despite my hubby being angry and totally not liking it and telling me I can't do that, I still went. just left home crying felt embarrassed too standing there with kids half my age and even less but I did it. And I didn't realize how much out of shape I am now. That stamina is no longer there and my legs pained but I am happy. And support came from my 12 year old son, he said try it mom! you can always leave it if you can't do it. The thing I always tell them that trying is everything not success even failure teaches us. My hubby has not spoken to me about it at all but my heart is singing and I am delirious with happiness. I will practice and practice. Thanks to all of you for giving me courage to do this.

Don't let anyone else tell you what you can or can't do. If you want to that class you should do so! It is not harming anyone else, and it is there to help you in your health! If you liked the class, go back and enjoy it.

yeah but it is scary to set new boundaries when you have stayed put in one place obeying and following everyone for twenty years.

Good evening dear mylloter friend Mansha , it really saddens me to see that you did not had your husbands support or at least understand that a woman every now and then needs to get out of the house , and socialize or as you do take a class of Kathak ( why not ) . As you said in life we cann also learn from failure , and we should not let ourselfs demoralized by the fact that we have rough times and obstacles to , but i guess that this is only life , we acumulate experience every day that passes , and its verry important that we keep a good mood and when you have a familly or a friend that knows how to get your morale up , for me its the key to keep been constant :). I really hope that with time your husband will come to understand how important this is to you , and that you are neither a child nor a dog to forbid you something . I wish you a verry great evening dear Mansha , and all the luck in the world . HosmanF.
