Could anyone tell me where to buy an affordable yet original and good quality iPhone 4S or Xperia Phone that accepts international shipment. Please leave your response hereunder.

You can search it in ebay or see if there is any deals or discount or free shipping. But if you get a good and affordable one in a store, buy it over there as you can get off to the shipping charge then and pay the store there directly without having to wait for the phone to get delivered after making the order.

i'm afraid to shop on ebay.. i think it's way better if i'll take your second advise which is to buy on stores to avoid paying for the shipping fee.

For each of the mobile phone there is a trusted dealers and you can get you experia from them. Contact the mobile company and ask them about the trusted dealers in your region. They can get you the phone at good quality and at an good price.

I've already did that thewonderboy but still i can't help it..so expensive.. LoL
