Any Sauna Fanatics here in Mylot?

I have been thinking about this last year and finally it did happened. I have sign up for a great gym experience with lots of amenities. They have equipments and trainers, free brewed coffee and wi-fi. But what I love the most is the sauna and steam bath.
Sauna has a lot of benefits for the body. It detoxifies and enhances the glow of the skin. I noticed it exfoliates my skin a lot and makes my skin supple. It enhances my water intake during the process and thus, releases my toxins by secretion and urination :)
Who among here mylotters are fanatic with sauna? Let me know how do you feel about it so far. This is one of the things that I enjoy in life and during my rest day yesterday. I deserve it as I have 3 jobs in a row and this is like a special routine for myself then :) Share your sauna or spa experiences and how does it help you appreciate life more and enjoy it further. I had Sauna in Udaya Samudra resort in Kerala. It is very relaxing

In October last year I bought a years membership for the local sports center. It has an excellent spa room which has three special things. One is a jacuzzi that is hot and bubbly. Another is a steam room which has a lovely fragrance. There is also a sauna with wooden seats to sit on. At the end of the room are two cold showers.
When I worked in Finland at age 18 years old I came across the sauna for the first time. I worked as a children's nanny for a wealthy family. They had a town house, a farm house in the countryside and a lakeside cottage. At the lakeside cottage they had a lovely natural sauna. They had birch leaves in there which I well remember the fragrance from. We used to have a sauna before going in the cool lake water.
Having a sauna feels enjoyable and relaxing.
