Sitting eight hours working at the office makes my butt fat.

This is really pathetic that ling like this consecutively for five working days each week.And i suppose no matter what way to lose weight and this is really annoying for me.Are there any methods to get rid of sitting so long? I would be really appreciate your advices.Thanks in advance.

I read in some fitness magazine that we can still do some simple exercises even if we spend most of our time sitting at the office. We can do some stretching every two hours. Walking to get some water every now and then could also be a good from of simple exercise.

Try to have a walk every two hours. Or you can have exercise while sitting at your work. Try to search on the net on what are the possible exercise for office workers. Another, when you are working in a building and just few floors from the ground level, you can use the stairs instead of the elevators. At this, you will have already perform an exercise going and leaving the office.
Another tip that I read, try to stand up while anwering the phone or or place your phone alittle bit away from you so that whenever someone calls you, you will be forced to stand up and answer the phone.
