I guess most of you have had this kind of experience:you go to a totally strange place but you feel you are quite familiar with the buildings, streets, even the local accent.Or sometimes you wake up and find the things happen in your dream also take place in real life.At first,I thought it was just coincidence, but friends around told me they had the same experience and this is common especially among girls.A friend of mine even had a dream about the text we were going to have the next day and things turned out to be those questions really occured in our paper. Is this the so called sixth sense?

Well the first experience is called Deja Vu. It is when you have a feeling that something has happened before. I think everyone gets that feeling from time to time and I don't know anyone who hasn't. It has happened to me many times around the house mostly. My husband had a weird experience when he was a kid on vacation. He felt he had been at the place before and gave his parents details of what was going to be around the next corner. Sure enough, it was all there. The other experience I think is called premonition or precognition. When you dream something and then it happens. I do this constantly. My husband does this a lot with plane crashes. We always listen to the news after these dreams of his. A sixth sense pertains more to extra sensory perception and seems to be described with things happening more in the present rather than predictions.
