What do you do with Mylot.com's notifications on your emails?

I created a folder for Mylot's notifications in my email. This is convenient to manage all them from Mylot. Before, I didn't have much time, so, I often deleted all them on weekend. Now, I open my mail everyday, reading and answering. Some of notifications or discussions I can't understand. So, I have passed them. Almost discussions are interesting and useful. I keep them to answer when I have free time. How about you? How do you manage Mylot's notifications?
