The book of Isaiah was written hundreds of years before Jesus Christ was born, it contains a verse that says: I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour. it is in Isaiah 43:11 now Christians believe that Jesus Christ is their saviour, does that mean that Jesus Christ the author of Isaiah? does the word Lord in Isaiah refer to Jesus Himself? and How come when Jesus Christ was not born yet, when the time of Isaiah? any ideas??

That verse in Isaiah may well refer to Jesus Christ because Jesus himself said "Before Abraham was born, I am." (John 8:58) (NIV) He could say that because Jesus wasn't merely a man born to Mary. He was also the Word who became flesh and made His dwelling among us (John 1:14) for those approximately 33 years that He lived as a man with a body like yours and mine that could get tired and even killed. But even then Jesus, the Word, was still the Word that was in the beginning with God and was God and made everything that was made. (John 1:1-3)

Jesus is not the author of Isaiah. Isaiah himself wrote it. The bible is filled with figure of speeches and parable, so sometimes we have to read it thoroughly in order to understand more on it.
