Problems for shareapic.net?

I happened to read that shareapic.net - the site where we can share our pics and earn was suited for some reasons. I could not figure out why but the possible reasons could be the violation of copyright acts on the images uploaded there. But I see that there are hundreds and thousands of images along with galleries that have images I have seen all over the net. So these are obviously uploaded by violating the copyright laws. Its only the fact that the real owners have not seen them and that's why they are still there. Then how come the legal problems for the site? I also heard that the site has stopped paying as well.
Please throw some light on the legal issues if you can and if the site is still paying.

This kind of thing is why I never can trust an online site to keep my images. Any online site that is there today and appearing quite strong and popular, can be gone in the next couple of days.
It is the same way with the online storage. If a 'cloud' service dumps your data, what recourse will you have, especially if the company goes out of business? None!

Well, it is not the question of keeping the images, mate. We are talking about earning through the images. To keep your data safe, you can have many other resources.

i have never hear of this site, but it does seem like there will be a bunch of copyright violations involved i dont see how this site can benift witout peoples rites being violated
