Hello, my friend.Firstly you should know what is the main factor to cause your anger in a frequent way?Supposed that you suffer from unfair treatment in your work, dissatisfied with your children and other;s rude behavior,or some trvival things happened in your life, so you feel angry at all.if like the above, my suggestions that you should be calm down and take a deep breathe or shout to the sky by yourself.because you are very hard-working and responsible, this is why a number of heavy pressure imposes on your mind by instinct. Otherwise, I am afraid that you could resort to the docotor to take some advise to answer your question.

If you feel as though you're constantly angry, then this might be something that you should consider seeing a doctor about. It is not normal, and you may end up causing harm to yourself or to others if you carry on in such a way. They might be able to give you some medication which would help to calm you down, as well as some counselling which would try to get to the root of your problem. Talking really can help, so don't think that counselling wouldn't be a good idea as a lot of people find that they can really benefit from it.

Hi dawn, I am not a doctor of any type but it sounds like there is some issues that is bothering you that you must address..I believe we all have a reason for our actions...we just need to get to the core of the reason.... You might have to have a chat with a psychologist, who help to get to the core of issues.... Anger is a very strong and destructive emotion, you don't want to end up doing something that you will REGRET! Good luck in the future...

There's no time like tomorrow to take deep breaths. It sometimes helps me, but if that isn't the case, I would bottle the rage myself. What I would then do is NOT releasing it on people. If there were ever the case that you would be mad and you did not want to resent to a person or an event, try to bottle it up and release that anger on something you know won't break. I recommend trying out a stress toy. Squeezing those or possibly working out may help your anger issues. I'm not a doctor, but these are just some things I used to try out when I'm very stressed or angry at people. I hope it works for you as well. :)
