In my country peoples eat rice... I replace my breakfast into oats with milk and eat as usual for lunch and supper... I wonder if it's effective for losing weight or i should also change my supper into oats and milk too?

Oats really helps in lossing weight for keeping you feel full most of the time because of its high fiber content. Some said that you can have a cup of oats morning and evening. This will help you loose weight and trim your belly fat. I just don't know if it is true because I haven't tried it yet. It really needs lot of discipline. Also, taking oats daily could lead you to become bored with the usual oatmeal. I guess you really needs a lot of imagination on how to make oatmeal more interesting than the usual. Good day! Hapy mylotting.

I know a friend who lost 20 pounds eating a lot of oats, and he told me to mix fruits with it to add variety. I needed to lose some weight so I think I would try his advice soon.

Yes, adding fruits can really make oats more exciting but you ca have also other option when you get bored of oats. You may try other foods that are good source of fiber like veggies and fruits. This will also help you to shed some pounds.

The basic facts about losing weight is that you need to consume fewer calories than your body needs. Because there are some foods,(of which oats is one), that makes weight loss easier by making you feel fuller longer,it is advisable to add them to your diet when trying to lose weight.Oats are very high in fibre and so are a good part of your weight loss plan and can be eaten as either at breakfast or as a snack. However it is important to have a good variety in your diet so don't JUST eat oats - have a good mixture of foods.

As they say, for breakfast, eat like a king. So I suggest that you eat rice for breakfast then replace your lunch and dinner with oats instead. As our metabolism is slower after 2pm, you might want to lessen down your carbs intake. Besides, i have tried this in the past and I have seen amazing results in just 2 weeks! Good luck
