I can't live without taking cups of coffee daily. No matter how I take substitutes likes like tea or chocolates still I crave for coffee. I'm just wondering how does it affects our health as I feel relieve and contented everytime I drink it. Aside from getting slightly nervous sometimes but still can avoid it as I regulate the amount of coffee I use in one cup. I could realize maybe the bad effects if I consumed big amount of coffee granules each cup I took. How about you friend can you see or feel the bad effects of coffee in our health?

Caffeine is considered to be stimulant; however there are still good benefits of taking caffeine (from coffee). According to one article I read, it was good for us to have a specific amount of caffeine, about a cup or two of coffee. this will help those who wants to loose extra pounds. It will break the fat molecules faster and can be used immediately as energy.

I just read that it help break fat molecules. But you need to consider to take coffee in moderation. It is not advisable to use this to losse weight. It might gce some side effect. Futhermore, sweating after taking coffee is rreally one of its effect, not because it is hot but coffee is considered as diuretic. So you must drink lots of water after taking coffee to avoid dehydration.

I don't see coffee as something bad for my health. Coffee actually helps estimutate the brain, yet we can't have too much. Just like any kind of food or drink, if their is an excessive consumption then it will eventually do damage to our health. I find that the days i drink coffee are those days that i have more concentration and of course more awake then those days that i dont drink it. I try to drink only one coffee a day because that is what people recommend to keep you brain healthy.

Hey Bing28, Drinking coffee doesn't actually really effect one's health badly. It depends on the number of cups we consume in one day. I went through a site and found out that drinking more than three cups a day will lead to the loss of calcium in our body because of the caffeine. Other than this, as far as I know, coffee doesn't have any bad effects on our health. It actually helps us to get rid of the many small health problems we face. Some say that coffee helps to reduce skin cancer. It also helps to absorb vital nutrients, keep a lid on cholesterol and fight constipation. But few also say that coffee can kill a person and is an evil for health. But I believe that this is only when a person drinks a lot, a lot and a lot of coffee. It depends on the coffee variety and the cup size.

So it must be 2 cups as much as possible perhaps still no effect if I take 4 cups but the coffee I used is good for 2 cups. Nice response sheen, good to learn from each other. Thanks and have a nice day.

I recently got hooked with coffee. There's nothing like it. I mean, the way it wakes up your senses, it's just an amazing feeling. But limit myself to two or three cups a day. I don't want to risk myself getting addicted with caffeine. Although, if I fail to drink at least a cup a day, migraines may come and go. You could say I'm slightly addicted to coffee. By the way, a friend of mine told me that coffee is best taken in after a meal. I'm not sure if it's true, but she me told that it aids in digestion.

Yes others said hot drinks should be taken after meal as it melts the fatty intakes more especially those with hypertension. Unlike the cold drinks that made the fats block the flow of our blood in our veins. So others believe it's best taken after meal. Thanks usemyname for the response. Have a good day.

Unfortunately I'm not tolerable with drinking coffee especially if its not decaf. I can't drink more than 1 cup a day since it gives me palpitation. I tried tea but it gives me acid so I don't drink much of both. Palpitation is definitely one of the bad effects of coffee for me plus I get headaches.

Oh yes excessive drinking of coffee can result to palpitation that's why I only use half of the sachet for one cup. I don't get headaches instead I feel it's a cure and I feel I'll be getting headaches if I won't take coffee. For heavy coffee drinkers I thinks it's the reverse. Thanks freymind for the response. Happy Mylotting.

I am a three-a-day-cup coffee drinker and my day would not go well if i don't have coffee especially in the morning as it really perks me up to wake up and go on through the day. Caffeine in excess could be harmful, but i think anything for that matter taken excessively is harmful. I know it is a good antioxidant helping to clean our body of toxic substances and it is a good stimulant to wake up our senses.

I agree obe212003, it's a good stimulant to wake up our senses. We feel lively all the time. Right it can be harmful when taken excessively. That's why I made one sachet of coffee for 2 cups instead of the regular one cup. Thanks for the response. Have a good day.
