You need to check the temperament of the dog itself since its not about the breed as what Cesar Milan says. You have to check carefully the dogs in the shelters when you are going to adopt. Check their behavior and make sure to check with the shelter as well. Tell them the qualities that you want in a dog so that they can pinpoint which one has that qualities. Good luck in adopting. Its better really to adopt than buy dogs.

doggie - This is one of the askal puppies I love
hello there, Adopt my dog please! I have several dogs but they are askals. These are the local dogs in my country and they are a good breed. They are truly best friends and a good playmate as well although they do not look as beautiful as the pedigrees.

askals puppies - These are askal puppies
Yes, I can see it you are afrom India. My dogs are askal breeds. They are small breeds but good guards for the house. They bark for intruders and strangers but friendly to their master. Hope you can find a good dog their in your country!

If you make a connection to a puppy or a dog you'll know that she or he's the right one. Try to go to the shelter, its better to adopt puppies since you can be the one to take care of them while they are still young.

All dogs are friendly, active and loving but what matters is how you train them. If you can take care of it,give proper food on time and give good training, any dog will love its owner. That's a fact, just try it!!!

Find a dog that are small and not furry. I have a dog that is miniature, you need to train them where to pooh. It is hard at first, it will payed off eventually.

I think a Labrador would be nice. It is big, it can be a guard dog i think.. And it is super friendly.. It is so cute when it is a puppy too.
