I Lose 3 lbs in 2 days!

I weighed myself this morning and i was surprised i lose 3lbs. without doin' some exercise. I ate less carb, sodium, & sugar plus i drink almost 4 liters of water a day, which i think helps in losing pounds. And bwuaaalllaaaah...GOOGLE confirmed it as I searched and read articles 'bout losing weight without exercise. I would like to share the link of the articles, can i do that here? The articles are entitled, "HOW TO GET A FLATTER STOMACH IN A WEEK" & "HOW TO LOSE 5 POUNDS OF WATER WEIGHT IN 2 DAYS". Do you have any secret to share 'bout losing weight? Share it to us. hii im new on mylot and i read yur story and also im wondering exactly how yhu lost yur weight! see i gave birth to my daughter on april and i weighted 175 lbs carryin her and after i gave birth i wieghted 162 i dnt knw how i lost it...... and now im having so much problem of losing it see im with my daughter all day and night and dont have time to do anything about my weight so wat i do is skip breakfast and lunch n jus eat dinner! instead of starving myself is there any other way i can lose it beside starving myself????????? i really need lose it :(

I really need to kickstart my weight loss. Last year I was able to drop 10lbs in 2 weeks time but now I can't even seem to keep off 5lbs. I really need to lose the weight in my stomach area, so thank you for sharing the two articles. Also, congratulations on losing the 3lbs, that's really awesome! Water definitely aids in losing weight because it helps to flush out the toxins from your body and it's calorie free but it hydrates you. Half the time people gain weight because their body is so dehydrated that it soaks up any kind of water and it might not be good water..that doesn't really make sense but I hope you know what I was trying to get around to! I need to cut out soda, not that I have it often but when I do I splurge and say it's okay because I haven't had it in awhile but that has to stop. Before when I lost the 10lbs I worked out at least 3 times a day for at least an hour, so I'll be doing that again since I hardly work out at all during the week. I think if you want to lose weight without exercising you just have to limit your calorie intake, just keep in mind that you might lose the weight but you won't have a toned body without the exercise!

Well done for losing that amount of weight in the day, however I think that it was most likely to be water weight that you lost rather than fat. You will start to lose fat slowly from making these changes, but you are always going to see a bigger change at the beginning of your diet because of the fact that your body is responding from the changes that you have made for it. I always notice that when I begin my diet again I will lose several pounds in the space of a couple of days, but then it will start to slow down and be more like one or two pounds per week, unless you're severely overweight in which case you could expect to lose more.
