Tips For Swimming Exersices

A good swimming exercise show Include all 5 Elements of Physical fitness!
1) Flexible and mobility
2) Coordination
3) Speed
4) Power
5) Endurance
Start your exercise at Flexible and mobility by Stretching your body and do some Joint's Heating by moving your hands and legs to deferment directions.
The Coordination part will come when you thinking about the movements. And by doing it with your brain, breath, hands and leg.
Than do a speed exercise. A real speed like Sprint can be for like only 10 - 25 Meter.
You can do Increases swim that mean: you swim 5 Meter on a easy rate, 5 Meter normal rate, 10 Meter fast rate and last 5 Meters Sprint!
Do it like 25X4 times
Power exercise can be with Hand Paddles and Fins
Endurance will be swimming for a long distance on a normal or easy rate without or with short Rests

Yes, i agree. Swimming is just like running, except that one is on land while the other in the water. Both exercises has the same elements of physical fitness and warm ups before we start any exercises. It would be good to mix some variations to our workout sessions in order to boost maximum efficiency, achieving maximum heart rate in shortest possible time. Good exercises need thorough planning and with that, only then we see results.
