Memory, logic and maths

Recently I have been playing a game called "Brain game" on King. It is a game that tests your memory, logical skills and maths skills. I am quite good at the games where I have to use my logical skills, and I generally like games where I have to use logic for instanse sudoku games. I am also relatively good at some the memory games, but I am really bad at the maths games. There are games where you have to add, subtract and multiply numbers without a calculator and I am much too slow. In my everyday life I use a calculator most of the time. I can add and subtract small numbers without problems, but as soon as it gets more complicated I have to use a calculator. What is your strength - memory, logic or maths? What you do find hard? Have you tried to improve your skills in the category that you find hard? How?

That sounds like me. I think that logic is my strength. I am able to analyze problems and use my sense of logic to solve problems. My memory is average, it could be better, but it could also be worse and I didn't get the lowest points in the memory games. I am slow in the math games. I wish I was better at math, but it isn't my strength.

Memory and logic games are for me!! I love Sudoku games also. MAth is also my weakness lol. I try but get frustrated then go back to memory or logic games. Maybe if I continue playing math games I could increase my math skills!!!

I think it is possible to improve our math skills through math games. I hope so, because math isn't my strength either I like a game like Brain game where I have to use a combination of memory, logic and math, but it really shows me how shows me how bad I am at the math games. I am so slow, but maybe I can improve my skills a little if I keep playing. I am much better at games where I have to use my sense of logic.

I can say that I'm good on the logic part. I love sudoku games and I can't sllep without having it done. In order of preference, it will be logic, memory and math. Ever since I was a kid, I really dreaded math classes. But I challenge myself, shall I say, face my fears, read and practice more of problem solvin in algebra, calculus, trigometry, chemistry and physics. I took up accountancy as my first course in college and modesty aside, I obtained that degree through hardwork, and I finished it with flying colors. I believe that if we give our heart and mind to that thing, even how hard it is, we may get that we wanted. I learned to love math more through my career path. The things I do everyday, making calculations and analyses.

My preference would be the same as yours - logic, memory and math. I like games where I have to use my sense of logic for instanse suduko games or the mini games on Brain game where I have to look at a pair of scales and find the heaviest object. I have done the same thing as you. I am also take a math course, because I wanted to challenge myself and improve my math skills. It is a pretty basic math course, and I going to finish it in the end of June. There is no exam at that level, so I don't know how much I have improved my skills. In the next part of the course there is an exam, and I might continue and take the exam, but I haven't decided yet.

I have a good memory power but at the same time, my logic and maths is very poor. I really envy you as you are good in this field. Even my hubby is brainy but I am better in memory power. I can tell the names of my classmates or old friends even though if I meet them after 30 years, I can even recognize them. I can remember lot of things that happened in my past and I am good at learning.

I have a friend who has the same strength as you. He has an amazing memory and he remembers so many things from the past, and he remembers the names of people that he has met many years ago. I am always impresssed when I notice the things that he remembers. Logic is my strength I think, and I really enjoy the games where I have to use my sense of logic for instanse sudoku games and the logical mini games from Brain game. Like you I am not good at math. I can add small numbers in my head, but as soon as it gets a bit more complicated I am really slow. When I have to make a budget and things like that I always use a calculator.

I am not good at math either, but I would like to improve my math skills and I take a math class to learn basic math. I am not very good at it and I usually depend on my calculator when I want to make a budget or do other thing related to math. I am especially bad at adding or subtracting large numbers in my head. Small numbers are okay, but when it gets more complicated I need to use a calculator. It is much easier for me to complete games or exercises where I have to use my sense of logic.

I am good in logic. Memory and maths? Maybe, a little bit okay. I find lots of numbers to compute is harder. I have not find a way to improve my skills on the hard one. It is not my priority anyway. It would just give headache. But if you wanted to improve your skill, you may want to enroll in a school who specialize in the area you want. Some of my friends' kids where enrolled in a math school during vacation. The kid is really good in it. And I could say, better than adults.

I am also good at logic and I like games where I have to use my sense of logic. Math is not my strength, but I take a basic math class at the moment. I hope that I will improve my math skills. I don't think that I will ever be a math professor but I would like to get better at math, that is the reason why I have chosen to take that class. One of the biggest challenges for me is math without a calculator. I find it hard to add and subtract numbers in my head. The game that I mentioned when I started the discussion actually shows me my strengths and my weaknesses and and I think that is interesting.

I play the game on a site called King, I am not sure if you can find somwhere else as well. On King you can play about money and you can play the free games, I only play the free games. Brain game consists of many mini games that test your brain in different ways. There are 3 different math games where you have to add, subtract or multiply numbers as fast as possible. There different memory games where you have to remember the objects. In one of the games you look at some objects for a few seconds, after that they remove one of the objects and you have to remember the missing object. In another memory game they show you a picture of some objects, then they remove the picture and show you a different picture and you have to remember if pictures are alike or not alike. My favourite game the logical game where you have to look at a pciture of a pair of scales and find the heaviest object. In the beginning it is easy, but when there are many objects you have to use your sense of logic to find the right answer.

Not to brag or anything of the sort but I'm really good in math! Although, my profession hasn't anything to do with the subject. What I find hard is memory especially the subject history! I'm really bad in memorizing dates and names of people and I didn't do anything at all to improve since I have this idea stuck in my head that it will not be useful for me to know about the pasts.

IT is great that you are really good at math. I wish that I was also to good at math, but it is not my strength, I am much better at languages. I find it hard to memorize facts and dates from history. I wasn't interested in history when I was student, and I didn't find it useful to learn all those things. Today I like to read books about history, but that is different, because I can choose the books that I am interested in and there are no grades and no exams.
