Motivation at work

I've been working as an Online English Teacher for several years now. I don't know why I stay but it's quite an easy job. Just like eating peanuts...haha!!!All you need is knowledge with English, not that much though. You just have to be knowledgeable with basic stuff. However, these days, I think I'm getting demotivated. I feel like I'm dragging myself to work every time. It's just really hard these days. I just think positively to keep myself going. I usually pray that the day would go well at work. How do you motivate yourself at work?

One way to motivate yourself is to have goals...if you aim at nothing you are bound to hit it

Sometimes when our work is the kind that is repetitive, for the lack of challenge, i think that is what is making you sort of demotivated, well perhaps what you need is to somehow find something in your work that you love, besides the fact that your work is quite easy, of course... then maybe something like with your work you get rewarded fairly, you get to meet a lot of people, you get to increase your knowledge in english and so on. With me, these are what i do, i try to keep up with the stresses and well it keeps me going to know that i have friends at work and that with them work can be fun too...
