Can you increase your height after 21 years old ??

hello guys i'm 21 years old can i still increase my height at this age? what are the correct ways i need to do to increase my height immediately.
The reason i want to increase my height is because i'm going to drive manual car after i got my driving license. unfortunately my feet do not really reach the clutch.
Please help me increase my height super fast,and wish me luck for my driving license test. Thanks in advance :)

I am not a Doctor but I am pretty sure unless you have an unusual medical condition with you're glands or just some good luck and positive thinking, it's not going to happen my friend!
Of course you could research medical methods of bone lengthening, but I don't recommend that at all:)
Maybe you should just get a car with a slightly lowed seat.

that would be hard to achieve now. i remembered when i was 19 i really want to be taller than what i am. i even take cherifer tablet. but it has no effect on me. i think it would be hard if you reach that age already. i have watch home tv shopping and there are products that says that they can increase height no matter what age. but i haven't tried any of that.

hello my dear friend ,it is a very difficult problem maybe.i don't know is there a good way to help you become higher than before immediately.but i think if it is just because you are going to drive manual car,then you can think this problem in anather way for example,you can choose a suitable car for you(if it is possible) or you can lower your seat and make you feel comfortable~~~~whatever,good lucky to you!!!
