Just one bite and one more and another one

Till I have eaten it all. I want to just have a taste but i want to avoid eating a lot. But it starts with a small bite and I would try to convince myself that another bite won't hurt. And so I would keep doing it till I have not followed my diet plan. The pull of food on me is strong indeed. I just can't easily say no to food. Last night I was not able to resist the temptation of ordering a soda in McDonalds and it goes with it a medium fries. I loved the fries and the soda. But still I should not ordered it.

It's really hard to control ourselves especially with food. Maybe you could put a little on your plate then give the others to your house mates. Haha. I love McDonalds too but sadly their food aren't healthy so we should moderate eating from them.

Hi hot summer. This is what we call "poor self-control". Unfortunately, nobody can help you but yourself. If you Have to do diet and avoid junk food you have to condition your mind first and set your goals. Strong determination to achieve your goals and self-discipline Are the key to this. If you have to avoid food, then, stay away from them or make sure you do not have them in your fridge. I also believe that you can practice self-control and perfect it in due time. Good luck.
