I am thawing fish right now, by not yet decided what to cook aside from frying and steaming it. My husband always brings food in his office and he want to eat fish but I dont have any idea on how to cook this. Do you have some ideas on how to make this fish more healthy and delicious? Please share. Thank you.

What kind of fish is that? If it is a fillet, I would suggest to have it steamed and make some lemon sauce. Or you can make a breaded fish fillet also.

Yes! You can make a breaded salmon and the dory. You can cook the dory also in different way. Just remove the bone off the dory fish if it is not fillet yet, then you can fry it with olive oil and butter and just add some herbs or spices that you like. :D

Hi! there Bhebelen, I don't know what kind of fish do you have there but If that's tuna I prefer you to prepare it Fish in Sour Broth then you have to put vegetables on it, it's more healthy and delicious. You can also prepare it like a fish fillet. Both recipe's are my favorite.hehe!

It depends a lot on what kind of fish you have. If you have salmn or the like, I`d just fry it almost with no oil (the fish provides it and you fry it slowly). You can add a sidedish (some veggies or salads) on the side.

It depends on what variety of fish you had. try to make sweet and sour, escabeche, or make some fish fillet or fishballs.
