I think it is the film directed by the director of 'Lagaan' where Abhisek Bachchan played the role of 'Masterda Surya Sen'. I have not watched it but gone through its review in the newspaper.

I think every Indian should watch patriotic films because what we actually lack in us is patriotism. Watching such films off and on would induce that patriotism in us which would in turn help us to build the nation. Unfortunately, such films are now rarely produced. I am a Bengali, in our school life, we had the opportunity to watch a good number of patriotic films, like '42', based on 'Quit India movement' of 1942, 'Subhas Chandra', based on our beloved 'Netaji' in his young age in school and college, 'Kshudiram', based on our first martyr in the freedom fight of India against the British, 'Bagha Jatin', based on the great struggle and sacrifice of Jatin Mukherjee popularly known as 'Bagha Jatin' for killing a Royal Bengal tiger bare handed, with his associates on the bank of a river in Orissa. I also watched some films in Hindi like 'Shahhed' by Manoj Kumar who portrayed the role of 'Bhagat Singh', 'Subhas Chandra', based on 'Netaji' in his later age when he was a full fledged leader. Whenever I used to watch such a film, I get excited and realise what those people have done for us. The modern generation is not aware of those great sons of India who were really the heroes of the country. We must boast of them. It is the duty of the country to make the modern generation aware of those real heroes. It would be a boon for the country.

As you are from Assam, I think you might not face any problem of language. So you may try them in any video library.

I do like to watch patriotic movies and those movies in which Indians fought against foreigners trying to take over the country and suffered, 'cause I come to know how much happiness I'm in because they fought so hard for us!! And I become all inspired and try to work hard.. in whatever I do,for the coming generations should be happy as we are 'cause of our ancestors..
