a problem with sleeping?

it's 0:30 now, many people have been asleep at the moment , but i can not fall asleep. i have a problem with sleeping those days, i feel sleepy,but i don't be. i keep thinking of something,i can't control my mind. it's terrible for me . i can go to sleep at about 2:00 or3:00 o'clock,but i wake up early in following morning, so there are only three or four hours' sleeping time for me, i don't want to be that. what can i do? when i am out of sleeping.

You may be thinking a lot unnecessarily and something may be haunting your mind. It can be of certain anxiety, ---- of concious or worry on certain things. Whatever it may be, you should recover from all and others cannot help in this regard. You yourself need to control by taking appropriate decisions on various issues and try to be happy and be in a good mood. I think this will help you. Also, relax! If can't get sleep, take bath just before sleep and keep the room dark and silent. While lying on the bed, take slowly long breath and control the breathing regularly long and deep breath in & out, and reduce slowly and slowly and close your eyes, you will definitely feel sleepy and will slowly jump in the sleep, see, you are gone and slept....

thank you for giving some surggestions, i am listening to music calm me down, which can transfer my mind to stop thinking. you are right , i just think a lot, some things are not necessary to think. i will give your ways a try, i hope it will be efficient for me.

I'm actually right as you. I also just can't sleep to the later hours. I usually have this problem when it is saturday or sunday because all the weekdays I have lots of problems on my head. Maybe you can try go to a short vacation or go out with friends. This should help to feel relaxed and sleep better.

a short vacation, it's geast, i always hope to do. but i‘d have to wait at least two months,there are a lot of work to do.by the time finishing all working, i will give myself a long vacaton.

I used to have same problems like you but you can try several ways : 1. Take a cup of tea with little sugar. Drink it slowly and enjoy it. 2. Try to read a storybook with something to drink to accompany you. 3. Close your eyes, and try to concentrate on something you remember during you are still a kid. 4. If you can pray, try to pray - pray for anything, till you got sleep.

Well writing the things that pops into your mind might be a way of relaxing your thoughts. My father had this sleeping problems too and according to him, praying and reading the bible is his solution in order to have a peaceful mind. Given that you are a Christian by the way. :) Or maybe reading other inspirational books that are related to the things you are facing now.

I have quite a similiar situation with you.Sometimes,I feel sleepy and it is time for bed,but I just lie on the bed playing my mobile phone.Not until 1:00 or 2:00o'clock will I fall asllp.I can't figure out what happened to me.However.I am always oversleeping the following morning,and I feel out of spirit all day long.
