Appealing to both kids

My daughter would love a day out to Peppa Pig World but it would bore my disabled son. Since it is close to Southampton is is too far to go whilst my disabled son is at school. I so wish there was a Fireman Sam type of place to take my disabled son to. Have you ever had a hard time pleasing everyone in your family? How would you find a day which appeals to both kids?
