I don't think that it will be implemented in India. But we don't need the education system which is now available in our country. It should be changed. Our current education system doesn't broaden up the minds of the young students. Instead it makes all of them as book worms only. The students also wish to study only the contents given in their readers. Vast reading is lacking in young Indian society. So I strongly recommend to change the education system. However I don't think that our government will take necessary steps to change our education system. Time only can tell the answer for this. We should wait and see.

i'm afraid that would be very dependent upon the country's resources for education...by the way, i saw the movie too, definitely in my 'one of the best' list..so anyway i'm agreeing with aamir's idea of changing the system of education, but we still have to consider the possibilities and limits in a country.
