but how come i will be able to know if my partne's havinf the infection.its not possible to her to open her mouth for checking if there's any wound/soar.

It can theoretically, but look at the real world. You will see that it is not a true risk.

In the entire history of the disease, there is only one case of transmission where the only stated means of transmission was deep kissing. It was a heterosexual couple who were into biting and some strange things. There was a good deal of blood contact on open sores. That's what it would take.
