www.rainymood.com is a site that plays the sound of rain and thunder in an endless loop. I enjoy it while working on the computer late at night. It's really relaxing to listen to the sound of rain. But the best thing is to combine it with music. Open this site in a background tab and put on some moody music and it'll make it 2 times better.

I don't think I need a tape. I get the real thing most of the time. And yes, with the thunder and rain in the background, it can be productive.

Hiya bionicm., Love the sound of the Rain when it comes along with a Thunderstorm too especially a strong Storm with claps of Thunder and all that. Find it soothing for your nerves when you are too nervous to calm down as well. Helps you to relax and centre yourself better too. Like the link very much too.xxx

hello friend, The sound of rain is soothing and relaxing. This will be good to listen to on the computer. Especially for when I want to drown out some nasty noise I hear in these parts of the woods.

I remember how rain and thunder used to drive our dog nuts, when I was little. I bet if you ever had an un-wanted dog doing un-wanted business on your lawn, you could put big computer speakers in the window, and blast that site. It would sendthe dog running. We have really good computer speakers hee that someone gave us, that would do the job nicely. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, just not the neighbour dogs that crap on my lawn. LOL
