Regardless of what I do, if it's done or not. unfortunately, I am stuck with sleeping from two in the morning and waking up around eight. I think i have insomnia and am starting to hate it to boot. it's only late that i've come to notice that. just remembered watching a news cast about people having good perspective in life if they sleep early. but most often, am a night owl and can't help it. Isn't it too late to sleep much earlier than that or have higher hours of sleep? but yesteday i had a noon nap too so i think i had more sleep.
