just buy my own potatoes and make my own french fries or just buy in the McDonalds. I do love eating french. Although i am avoiding eating hamburgers for now. i don't think it is bad to eat french fries . although it is not that healthy either because of fat anyway, the raw potato is not cheap either so. i will try to compute how much i can make in a half kilo of potato and half kilo in bags in groceries. and how much it would cost me. and how much i would save if i buy that instead in mcdonalds.

McDonald Fries - French Fries
I believe doing your own fries at home is cheaper and not only that it is certainly healthier. McDonald fries are said to be really unhealthy. It is loaded with preservatives and additives and that surely should be of our concern. So to me it is not which is cheaper but which would guarantee healthy eating.

If you have enough time to do the cooking, it is better if you will just buy raw potato and cook it on your own. But on the other hand, please do take a look at the following concerns: Try computing how much gas you would consume, the oil you will need, the price of raw potato and the time you will need to do it.

I think you can save more when you buy raw french fries. We are either buying raw french fries or potatoes then fry them. The good thing about buying potatoes is that it is fresh and you can reduce the saturation of fats by using healthier oils.
