i have invited some friends to join mylot..i see they in my referrals list, but they have not reached the confirmation e-mail..it's normal?

I never got any e-mails when my referrals joined myLot, so I'm guessing it is normal.

I have referrals in mine too that have not received the confirmation email either. So they are just inactive and I do not know how to get in touch with them to tell them to sign up again.
