Okay so I know that right by the user name it is supposed to show how many post you have made. But no matter how many I do today on different subjects the number is not changing. Yesterday after every post, except when I started the subject, my number changed. Now it is staying the same. Did I do something or is there a way to fix it? Any advice or help would be great.

The number next to your name doesn't show the number of posts you've made. I think your rating goes up by 1 every time you reply to someone else's discussion, for the first comment you leave on someone else's response to a discussion, and when the first person replies to a discussion you started. (Senior members, please correct me if I'm wrong!) If your number doesn't increase when you do one of those things, MyLot might have deleted a discussion you posted in. Usually they send messages letting you know that happened. Sometimes there are glitches and the messages don't go out.

Thanks I noticed that once I posted on a different discussion the number changed. There were just a good amount of people helping me on a different discussion, but the number didn't change from yesterday. I was confused, now I am not and thank you so much for the link it helped a lot.

Another silly question, do you still get participation credit for continuing the discussion. Like when you get more than one person who posts on a topic and you answer them?
