Rape considered as minor crime..

I was so shocked to learn that in South Korea, rape and other crimes against women in children are considered as less serious crime. Just recently, in the said country, a 10 yr old girl was raped and brutalized. The girl is still alive but she's badly injured. Her doctors said she can no longer walk because her private part was literally ripped and her young reproductive organ almost came out. The rapist was caught, tried in court and was found guilty. His punishment was only 5 years imprisonment. It's outright crazy! I hope that the Korean court would review this case and give the rapist a more severe punishment. Do you agree with my opinion? What is the punishment of rapist in your country?

Just a 5 yrs imprisonment- and how about the victim who will suffer the consequences for a lifetime.. Well, if that is the case. We cannot blame why other people put the law on their hands- I might do it as well.

The vermin rapist should be burned alive with a flamethrower; if that were done, this kind of garbage wouldn't be happening. Poor little girl will be suffering the rest of her life cause of that childraping scum.
