we only use natural or organic vinegar

our vinegar comes from the sac of plants that grow in like watery areas. It looks like a small palm tree. anyway, there would be some people who would cut off the plant and get the vinegar or sac from the plant and put the extract in a plastic container and sell it. that is where we buy our vinegar. but we run out of vinegar for now. it is not easy to get that supply of natural vinegar as we are in a city it is a 2 hour drive to that country where we get that supply. but our relative would be coming over who lives in the country . so we would ask her to bring or buy a container of vinegar by next month. it takes a lot better than what we can buy in groceries. even the organic vinegar on the groceries does not taste that well.

Vinegar is a very good fruit which is available in our market. Most of the fruits and vegetables which we buy from the market is mostly sprayed with pesticides and other chemicals. So it good to use those ones at all the times.
Cultivating them with natural resources gives us good vegatables and they are very good for our health. I think you should cultivate some vinegar as well as others in your garden. So that you need not to go for a long drive to get them.
