we have different kind of local version of noodles. we call it pancit malabon. there is no english word it though. anyway, it taste really great. i actually i want to buy a ready made of it. but i don't know where to find a seller of this food that is done deliciously. there are some that sells it but does not taste the real one as it is cheap and lacks a lot of ingredients. i want the real version where there is enough shrimps and good tasting sauce. so we are going to make in our home this one, but i don't know if we can make a good one. hopefully it does taste great as the one we had before.
