I have had some fish in my day and about half of them jumped out of the fish bowl. I feed them and the water was at temp, its crazy but does anyone know why they do that?

Maybe it has something to do with the type of fish you put in the bowl. I think you should ask pet shop owners for the kind that doesn't really jump. I have always wanted to own a fishbowl, but it is mini turtles I want to put in it as I had aquariums for fish before.

Get a turtle, and if it still jumps then it must be the bowl.

You may have had too many in the fish bowl or you should be using a much bigger tank

Fish most often jump due to stress of some kind, either from being chased, poor water quality or constant disturbance. Although some fish will just try to jump if there is no cover, simply because it seems they like to jump Confused . It may be worth finding a condensation cover that will fit (even if it takes more than one) or if you have enough light, an easy floating plant to discourage jumping. anyway, what type of fish do have? How big is your bowl? Maybe it's something to do with overcrowd bowl or too much water?

actually bowl has very Few space for a fish to move, So he can't move freely. Also the temp increases inside which create problem.oxygen deficiency is another problem for jumping

There are a few reasons a fish will jump. Loud noises will make any fish consider jumping out of the tank and I know several people that have lost fish on the Fourth of July. People tapping on the bowl scares the fish. A big party with loud music at your house or the neighbors. I had fish jump out of my pond during an earthquake.
