Since my boss called me two weeks ago , to ask how i am already after my operation, i decided to do something to stop my tummy from getting big. The additional weight i noticed are mostly in that area. My boss joked that i might be as big as her when i reinstate for work on July 2. That made me decide to exercise. So since then, every afternoon, i would dance like crazy at our bedroom to the tune of the danceable tunes that i specially chose for my cellphone for 45 minutes and 30 minutes for the crunches. I would listen to them while dancing through my earphones. I feel good as of now, because i feel lighter and i noticed my tummy has at least became smaller. And my knees is not aching anymore, whenever i get up from sitting. I still have 5 days more to go to lose some weight. The problem is, when i start reporting to the office again, will i still have time for it still?

good effort simplyd and in fact even i am doing the same every afternoon with my little kiddo. its only during noon time when i have a bit of free time and i utilize the same to have some fun with my baby and at the same time i give a work out to my body. though am not that good at dancing but still i do whatever i feel like. and the good thing is that even if i get tired, my baby doesn't let me stop. it is working as a good motivation for me and am certain that i will start loosing my body fat pretty soon

Oh that's good khare, because you have your kid to enjoy it with you. I think, if we will do it everyday for one month, we will really lose the fats we so wanted to lose. But of course, i couple it with diet. I only take one cup or less of rice, with viand. Sometimes, at night , just bread to go with the viand. I have to put some on my stomach after my dancing for one hour or more, lest i will not be able to sleep.

I think it might be too much for you to do vigorous exercises for 45 minutes, because you underwent an operation not long ago after all.In my opinion, the best way for you to do exercises is walk.It is good for your health to persevere in it.The days went quickly, you have to go to work again.A sick leave surely picks you up.

Well, chang i know that the 45 minutes exercise is too long . Though, it's not that vigorous because it's just dancing and crunches. That dancing really helped me tone my tummy even a little. The guys at the office told me that i am thinner.

As early as now, i am planning to wake up one hour earlier than my usual before going to work, so i can do it also, winterose. If not, i will do it, after i have arrived from work in the evening.

If you hurry to lose up, it's not healthy. Sudden lose of weight will increase the chance of getting fat because your body is not accustom for that routine. Make it slow for less chance of getting fat. You can work out at least 3 a week for few minutes and slowly increase your time until your body adjusted. I'm currently exercising and busy toning my body but what happen was i lose few pound in a week and get tired of the routine. I notice that i become sleepy and frequently starving so i adjust my routine.

I must say, i agree with you. Though, when i reported to the office it was the guys who noticed that i was thinner than when i was 2 months ago. Now, i exercise only 3 times a week, after i arrived from the office. I am now trying to maintain what i acquired from the dancing everyday during my vacation. Well, maybe you are sleepy because you wake up early just to exercise.

I am sure you can make time for anything, if you really want to. That is a really healthy practice, and you can do it anywhere too. You should definitely continue it since dancing is a good exercise, and if you stop you'll gain more weight.

Yes my friend. I should be determined in taking time to do it even when i will be reporting to work already. I know that if i stop, i will again gain weight and fat in my tummy.

Hi friend, dancing is really a great exercise, good to know that you selected it to control your tummy. I hope you will get good results with your continuous dance activities. Allocate some time for your dancing activities, it will give more benefits to you.

Yes my friend. I realized that dancing is good not in trimming the tummy, but in helping me lose some weight, so i will not feel pain anymore in my knees. They formerly were painful whenever i have sat for a long time and gets up. Now, i cannot feel them anymore, and i know dancing has something good to do with it.

It is always good when you are able to enjoy doing something. Maybe you can start waking up 45 minutes earlier than your regular time so that you can exercise before going to work.

Yes, that's what i am thinking mashnn. I could probably wake up at 5 am , since i usually wake up at 6 am to prepare for work at 9 am. Or maybe i could do it after arriving home from work at 7 pm. But i think, i would already be too hungry for dinner by then.
