It is a super exciting thing to be pregnant! My first labor was tough but well worth the pain. I had my daughter naturally, without an epidural and my entire labor lasted 2 hours which wasn't too bad. I had all of my children naturally. It is so worth every minute though. It is the most amazing feeling holding your angel for the very first time. It is truly a miracle. Congrats and I hope your angel is healthy and happy!

Hi maryorie, First of all I want to tell you congrats! lol I had to be induced and they gave me medication to take the edge off the contractions before they administered the Epidural. When I was in labor, as soon as the medicine kicked it, I was having contractions and it didn't even feel like I was. The contractions are the worst because they come on so strong and you have to wait for a contraction before you were able to push. That was the part that sucked because I was anxious to just keep pushing the baby out lol. All in all it was an amazing feeling and the moment that baby comes out, everything changes and you don't feel any pain once that baby is in your arms :). Every pregnancy is different and that goes for childbirth as well. I had my daughter in Feb so it was pretty cold outside and the first night was rough, but the maternal instincts kicked in. It was an incredible journey and so with all this being said, I wish you the best of luck and you will do just fine. :)
