Life is not always easy, sometimes we have to make some really difficult choices. How do you handle your difficult choices? Do you take them in stride, or do you have difficulty make good decisions. Please provide an example to continue the discussion.

I think I take things in stride and I tend to make good decisions. I've always seemed to have a lot of common sense and some decisions just come natural to me. However, that's not to say that I don't struggle with some decisions. I think we all do at one time or another. It just depends on how important the result of our decision is going to impact our lives. I find the most difficult decisions to make are ones that involve my loved ones.

it is good that you can handle your decisions, some people have a very hard time making decisions and then keeping them.

Life is not really easy for me as I'm always the one who makes the major decision in how to make our life easier with my daughters and my parents as well. They are the one who are depending on me and I always want to make choices that are good for everybody not only for my self. Example, me and my daughter lives only here and I can say that it is easy for me to handle our life even though we have expenses still my income is enough for us. But as I was saying my parents are also depending on me. I have to provide all their daily needs and now I have to make a decision for myself to have a full time job for them. It is hard for me to start since at my age and here in my country age discrimination is to high. I felt like I'm starting like a grade school in the field that is fit for me. But since I have to do it to help my parents I'm still have to make decision even though it is very tiring for me.

Yes making decisions especially if you are the only one to do it can be very hard.

Being a single mom with three kids, i'm usually faced with difficult situations and choices. It's really hard but what I do is to pray and ask guidance from Lord before I make any decision. Prayers do work wonders.

I really don't do well with difficult decisions. I like to hear other people's opinions before I make one, and I like to hear the "why" when they do make one. However, I am a great one for taking a lot of ideas on a subject and bringing them to a workable "whole". In that if 5 people all think theirs is the way to go, I can sit silently and then make a suggestion that often includes all the ideas, at least in some part, and have a suggestion that makes all of them feel they won. If not won, at least had part of their idea used.

I find if I think about it by myself, listen to some music, and take the options into consideration. If its a big decision I will ask others opinions on it, to see wht they consider, or even they say what I never would of thought of then consider how it relates to me. For example a new job, or even moving I would ask others their opinion on whether to rent or buy, and the pros and cons even me just talking out loud helps.
