I like the beaches in Thailand but I haven't been there yet. I wonder whether it is easy to go to the beautiful beaches from Bangkok. I like to stay in the beaches for several days as our vacation.

Hello youless From the photographs I have seen of the beaches in Thailand there are some beautiful beaches. Of course, I have not been there, but I would like to some day. Mrs. Turner and I are planning a trip to the beach in our ancestral lands in about two weeks. We are excited about it, even though we know that it will be hotter than hades. I hope that you get to see the beach in Thialand and that you have a wonderful experience. You and your family. Peace

Hi youless, I had been to the one of the beautiful islands in Thailand before. I enjoyed the natural and beautiful seascapes available there. Really, the sand along the beach was so soft and comfortable to walk on it with bear foot. The water was so tranquil and crystal clear. I could see all stuffs in the water clearly. It's a great fun to have fun swimming in the comfy water I had just come back from my two nights three days vacation in one of the beach side apartment with my sibling families. In the night the see breeze is comfortable cold. It's so relaxed lying in the hotel armchair close the beach and listening to the sound of waves breaking against the shore, especially with loved one besides I hope you will have the chance to spend your holidays together with your loved ones in any of the beautiful beaches available in Thailand in the coming future. The seascapes in tropical beaches are especially attractive. Moreover it's considered to be quite near to your place. I think Hainan Island is the nearest of course if compared to the former one. Have a nice day

Visiting beach resort in Thailand is a marvelous idea, it should be in the 'must' visit places in every foreign tourists' itinerary in my opinion. Thailand has some of the most beautiful and serene beaches in East Asia especially those coast line along the southern part of the country. It is not just fill with clear blue sea water with nice warm temperature, but also white fine sandy front ready to welcome and embrace your arrival together with floral greenery alongside it. Unless you pay a visit to those beautiful beaches, you will never know what you are missing so far..Just go for it, you will not regret for making such a good decision while visit Thailand.

You are absolutely right about that, vast majority of people living in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore are the most welcoming, warm and nice people in this world. I just can't argue with you much on that. You will have the best of all things once you pay a visit to those beautiful beaches with all these nicest people in our planet extending their warmest welcome to you as tourist.

Where is that beach exactly in Thailand? I will be traveling in Asia next year and i would like to put it in my itinerary. Have you been to Boracay, Philippines? You would probably gonna like it because of it's white powdery sand, the nature surrounding it and water sports activity plus the night life. I can also suggest Palawan also in Philippines which is included in the list of wonders of the world.

I don't know if it's advisable to visit the beaches of Thailand now in this season. If I am right, I think it's rainy season there at this time like ours in the Philippines. I have been to Thailand before but I haven't been to their beaches. I just hope your dream vacation materializes soon.

I think the rain in the tropical places will stop soon? Here when there is a heavy rain, it will stop within half an hour.

@ simonelee, Sorry to say that I have not been to their beaches. But I heard that Pattaya and Phuket beaches are more famous as what the locals are saying. I really enjoy their spicy foods and of course the nightlife. @ youless, In our place, rainy season had just started so we expect more rains in the future. In fact, almost every week we have rains.

I have a book about the islands and beaches in Thailand. I suggest you combine Bangkok with some time on some Thai beaches. I would like to see the scenery around Krabi. I think you could take the overnight bus to there very easily. Good luck deciding on your trip You Less.

Friends of mine were just in Thailand and they have some of the best pictures I have ever seen. I can't image going there as I am afraid I would never leave. I liked Thailand a lot, well as soon as you leave Bangkok that is.

I am also planning a trip to Thailand at the moment, and I am looking for a resort close to Bangkok since I don't want to travel too much once I am there. But I read that a lot of the beaches close to Bangkok are kind of poluted, so you need to travel more south to get really nice and clean beaches? Does anyone know if that is true?

I too interested to visit Thailand. My dad's friend is just back from vaction in Thailand and they gave us a lot of things, that is why Im interested to visit Thailand. I never been to Thailand but I heard they have beautiful scenery and cultures. I do love beaches, when I was living in Bali I lived not far from Kuta Beach. Spending days in beach is really relaxing, I love breathing the fresh air, swimming, or enjoying sunrise/sunset. And of course when I visit Thailand I would visit the beaches too. I dont know many beaches in Thailand but I heard that Pukhet beach is famous, but I will check travel guide about beaches in Thailand.
