I always felt that Slicethepie was a bit of a waste of time, and it gets rather boring after a while. I think that regardless of your status, you still get paid based upon how you review. This can be quite annoying because there are far too many songs, and some of them you would feel the same about, so you would write a similar review. Ultimately, getting to gold status means you are definitely earning well, so I would just say keep at it.
