In the mountains by the sea, I love the mountains (climbing, biking, kayakin) and the sea (surfing).

I'd much rather live in a house than the ocean *grin*, just kidding. But I'd rather have a beach house than live in the mountains, I love the beach.

I prefer the ocean, although you would then have to worry about hurricanes.

oooohhhhh hard chose. I am really into nature so I would love a house in the mountains but I live in Florida and love the ocean so if I built another house here it would definatly be close to the ocean.

I prefer a house in the mountains myself...
I have always loved the mountains and their awesome beauty and snowcapped peaks...

Both place are good but like most other says, I prefer a beachhouse. I'll find a place that's safe from Tsunami though. I like quiet place and mountain would be that but I like the Ocean too. Maybe I'll just build another house on a hill then put an elevator for easy access, lol!

I would be happy with either one, but I think that I would prefer a house in the mountains with all of the animals to see, etc.

I live in the mountains. I love it. I also love the water. We live near a large lake. I couldn't live anyplace that was too far from water.
