obviously, xfwcs is a hyip site but how come their payment processor is Paypal, which strictly does not allow hyip sites? any views here, please share.

I think the site is a scam. I believe a fellow mylotter posted some guidelines about determining if a hyip is a scam or legit (or maybe it was a blog). Anyway, according to him if a hyip has paypal as one of its payment processor then it is definitely a scam!

I got paid by xfwcs, so I don't think it's a scam. In fact there are many members using the site from different countries. I'm just wondering why paypal approved their site since it's obviously a hyip site. I know paypal is very strict on this and for sure their technical supports are wise enough to determine if the site is hyip or not.

It is a bit weird, but this one pays with PayPal since 3 months and the account has not been frozen. According to their rules PayPal prohibits "Business functioning as an auto-surf investment program or a high-yield investment program". I don't know how this one managed to be accepted.

Until now I still don't get it. I want to ask paypal directly about it but not now coz I have an investment in xfwcs. It really makes me wonder..
