How to add blog on My Lot

Hello everyone.
I have looked at trying to add a blog to My Lot but I can't figure out what goes where. There is a section asking for two things. One is the URL and the other is URL Feeder. What is the difference between the two? What goes where? I thought to only put in the blog's website address but it says that these two aren't the same thing. Does any one else know?
