How much time do you spend in front of your computer?

When I am still studying nursing and I was busy with all my school works and hospital duties I only use my computer for 2hrs (maximum)per day just to go online and check he email. Now, I have graduated and waiting for the result of the Nursing Licensure Examination I had been only for 8hrs(minimum)per day to go online and check mails, play games and etc. Its effect to my health was not good, I got frequent headache and I had dry eyes. I just wanna know your story in using computer :)

I spend more or less 12 hours and I am just FACEBOOKing all that time. Fortunately, I got bored lately and realized that I'm just wasting my time with nonsense stuffs. Now, I just spend at least 8 hours. I am also having headaches and I just noticed that there is some changes in my vision acuity.

I am also fond at opening my facebook even though I have nothing to do and just read and stare to people posting their status and photos. Well try to rest for 30mins after staying infront of the computer for 3 hours. Happy mylotting, good day and God bless

I am a Software Engineer by profession. Help life without computer is impossible. On a weekday I spend 10 to 12 hours on my computer. And on weekend I spend around 4 to 5 hours on my PC or Laptop.

I guess a lot since I am working mostly online. Add to the work the distractions that I want to do. I can roughly estimate a 8 to 10 hours, with breaks. I do feel some symptoms like back pain, neck pain, lazy legs, cramping hands, and eyestrain. I am very worried about my eyesight because I am already wearing glasses. Also, I try to do something very engaging when I am on break since sitting in front of a computer is technically a sedentary activity.

I think I spend 6 hours infront of the computer playing, check e-mail,facebook chat and responding here in mylot. So far I dont have yet experienced dry eyes and headache while using my computer because after an hour of doing stuff with my computer I made sure to close my eyes for 2 minutes to be relax my eyes and rest for awhile.

When weekdays including Saturday or if I have a class on that day, I'm only limited to use computer 2-3 hours since I should rest as soon as possible and do other important things. If it Sunday or I don't have any classes, I usually using my computer whole day like for studying something, earning online etc.

Well, now I am having my summer break, so I will just stick in front of my computer for the whole day. I think I will continue to do so for these coming couple of days because of the quadruplet earning from mylot. If not, then I will spare some time to hang out with my friends and family, but believe me, I will spend around 5 or 6 hrs online per day at least even though I have something else to do .

i use my laptop for 12+ hours daily and i don't feel a thing.actually last year i got this a very bad back pain because of long sittings and that continued for 5 months. i started exercising took hot water baths and start to sit on chair,i feel much better now.
