I'm trying to get into it but it seems very challenging. Any tips?

Get some good scisors lol but seriously, look for manufaturers cupons or websites for offers, check your local papers, sign up for a program with your local supermarket, get any that are unused from your friends or family. Other than that dig deep and keep looking. :)
