This is a good news. Protein is very important for our body. Here it is very common for us to eat the soy bean or soybean milk. I have heard that it is very good and healthy food and it will not give you high fat. I love China

I know it is reach in isoflavones which helps fight cancer but natural doctors advised that we should also avoid foods that are high in uric acid. One example of foods high in uric acid are the beans where soybeans are included. However, avoiding such food high in uric acid is, I guess, more applicable to persons havng already tumors, both benign and malignant. Good day!

This has been displayed on the exterior of boxed soy bean milk drinks. Though I am not sure whether the boxed soy bean milk has the same effect which is to reduce the cholesterol level in our body. However, there is a rumor that I heard. I have no idea if it's true. Some people say that drinking soy bean milk too much will effect the mating capabilities of male. After hearing such rumor, i have reduced taking soy bean milk. It's sad though as i really like to drink it and it barely cost a us dollar for a litre.

Once it was believed that protein and isoflavones in soy help lower the LDL also known as bad cholesterole in our blood vessels. But in a survey led in NY says that the protein and isoflavones does not decrease the intensity of LDL cholesterole in blood vessels. Better we must use cholesterole free stuff.
