All I Do Is Party

If you happened to come accross a large sum of money, and could have a party anywhere in the world at any time of the year where would it be and when?
Anyone who gives good info may recieve an invitation to this massive event when this happens in the next couple of years. Provided that everything goes according to plan.

I haven't been outside my country so I guess I would want to try any five star hotel overseas. I don't have a specific place yet but I would want it to be somewhere grand and just amazing. I'm not a party person, so I would be easily impressed or bored. I guess, as long as there is food and music and a very nice location, and everybody is just having fun then that's a good enough party to me.
