Who is Tobi in Naruto?

Tobi is still a mystery to everyone even in the latest manga he remains a secret. In the previous naruto episodes tobi lied claiming he is Uchiha Madara and since the real Madara has been revived we all know that Tobi is not Madara but who really is Tobi? He knows a lot about Madara and the Uchiha clan also everything that happened around 100 years ago. He even know that collecting all the nine tailed beast will summon the 10th tailed beast which Madara doesn't even know. For me Tobi is not Obito because of his age, when Tobi attacked the hidden leaf and fought with the fourth hokage kakashi was still a teen it only means that Obito would also be a teen during that time. When Tobi fought with Konan he shows both of his eyes are sharingan when we all know that Obito only has 1 sharingan eye. Other people says Tobi is Izuna Uchiha, the younger brother of Madara because he knows a lot about Madara but Madara took both eyes of Izuna which means he is not Madara's younger brother. And tobi has Rinnegan in his left eye. So who do you think is this Tobi really is?

While Tobi has been mistaken as Madara, it very difficult to figure out his true identity. In the manga, Tobi is so secretive that it seems none of the characters have even a slight idea of his identity. Despite Tobi possessing the Sharingan and Rinnegan, it's hard to determine his original clan. Despite all the mystery about Tobi, I think he might be even a character that has not been mentioned before.
