How to help a poor classmate?

hope the classmate is fine and i do not say how to help because i do not nkow how his situation in his school bad it. so maybe you can help by teaching him the things the he miss in school or accept him to study at home i guess there is alte.

I would share my apartment with her or even more.I haven't done this yet but it happened the other way around. I was the poor classmate because I left my own apartment and stayed with a friend for 2 months. Whatever we do goes back to us. Good luck good people. The Lord is with you!

Helping them through sharing things that you now that you can share. Helping them even in simple things that you can will surely much appreciated.

Hello astatran, I try to help them in a secret manner. I believe that most of the poor classmates are dare to have a help from others. So I choose an indirect way to approach them. Something like a cash award, gift for the best student etc. are the best method. I suggest you to approach indirectly rather than directly.

If you want to give money to them it depends upon your parents wish.Otherwise some social interested people should give money to help those kind of people.Some students are making money by working in parttime jobs after leaving the school and continue their education and some others collecting papers from news agents and delivering it on the morning time to homes.If Government did not help them they only do above things to continue their study.That is a sad one.But serveral students are doing it for the sake of education.They did not want their education out of reach.Today education depends upon the money. When Government makes a declaration like "any student can study without paying fees for education",then only things will change,otherwise education is still a burden for poor people.

Of course, if you have a poor classmate, you would not want to make him feel that you feel pity for him. It will just make him feel offended. So, what you can do is the simple things. You can try to befriend him and share him your books and your food. That is the simplest thing you could do. You would not want to give him old clothes or give him a box of canned goods because that will just simply hurt his feelings. He wants to feel that he is equal with you guys and that he blends in. he does not want people to take pity on him. So, just do the simple things you can do. Don't make him feel that he is just a charity case. Good luck on your friend!

Well, there's prolly nothing much you can help them with unless you're very rich yourself. The only help you can extend is to encourage them. Or maybe, try helping them get a sponsor to pay for their tuition fee. :)
