when to pay after deed of sale signed?

need some help mylotters. after signing the deed of sale, when do I expect the full payment for the land I sold? Can it be done upfront after the signing? Or what is the minimum time required? after signing deed of sale, whats the next step? I cannot find the exact answer I am looking for over search engine. thank u. big help.

Depends on your agreement. This is why it is advised to have a lawyer besides you or talked to a lawyer before you sign official documents.

Here in the Philippines I believed that it can be done after signing the deed of sale,infront of the lawyer with some witnesses that was happened to my parents when they sell their land. After receiving the money, the buyer will be in charged on paying taxes and payment for land title, and the seller just signed all the necessary documents.
