what do you do to increase your SEO rank?

hello mylotters! I need your help my seo rank is going down.. I'm taking the same effort in promoting my articles to different social sites but I still don't see any improvements. Any ideas how can I increase it? what sites do you find as effective in promoting your articles? Thanks!

Your doing the right thing, the best advice I can probably give you is get yourself out there, make a scene, make sure people know who you are, If your a blogger, the check out these sites for promoting: www.bloggers.com/LeeS0902 and www.bloggeries.com/forum
